I think the greatest vacations that I have been on lately was when my husband and i went to southern Lousiania along the coast and just had no destination. We traveled into the smallest of small towns. Visited with people that had busisness hunting aligators and spoke with such a thick accent that I had no clue what they were saying, my husband had to repeat what they said to me in Texan. He grew up speaking cajun all his life. The really neat thing about traveling on a motorcycle is that people will come right out and talk to you, they don't have the barrier of a car or truck. They are always willing to tell you all about themselves and their family. And they always want to know all about us and our trip. It makes for a very refreshing trip to see that there still is people out there that are just down home and kind. Everyone needs to take a trip like this one.
