Teams
consist of 10 individuals that want to win prizes, get fit, and have
fun!

Each
person accumulates points for a team grand total.

The team
with the most points at the end of the semester wins.

1 HOUR
OF A WORKOUT = 1 POINT
(may include: weight training, walking, biking, hiking, swimming,
aerobic exercise, Tai Chi, etc. and off campus physical activity)

WELLNESS PROGRAM SEMINAR = 2 POINTS

1
FITNESS ASSESSMENT = 2 POINTS
