Course: Field Training Officer (reported as 3702 with TCLEOSE)  This course is designed for the new Field Training Officer (FTO), the FTO who has not attended formal training, shift supervisors, patrol managers, agency training officers and the FTO Program administrator.  The role of the FTO defines the department's objectives and goals.  The field training officer serves as instructor, mentor and role model.
